Hi,
Welcome to my home page.
Who am I?
My name is Roman Kecher. I am a 20-something years old engineer from Israel. I have a Bachelor of SCience degree in Computer Engineering from the Computer Science & Electrical Engineering faculties of the Technion, IIT.
My interests include Software design, OOP\OOD, programming languages of different paradigms (imperative, functional, object oriented) as well as compilation, computer networks and internet protocols (TCP, UDP, BGP), neural networks, hardware and hardware definition languages (Verilog), and many more.
What do I do?
I strongly believe in sharing knowledge, which leads to me to do the following:
- I am maintaining http://cplusplus.co.il, which deals with modern c++.
Publications:
- "The dynamic registry factory" published on Code project, 2010. (pdf)
Other than that, here are a few of the projects I've worked on in the past:
- OTP extension for Microsoft's IAS (RADIUS server).
Project carried out in the software laboratory at the Technion. - Remote access multi-resource system, allowing execution of code on remote TI DSP chips.
Project carried out in the Signal & Image processing laboratory, in association with the Computer networks laboratory, at the Technion.
I will make an effort to update this page as frequently as I can, so stay tuned.
Thanks for visiting,
